Pros
The global vision of Beauty , the products are inovative, the induction and regular trainings are good, we get a good ground base for sales and retail, you will learn more and more over the years.
Cons
The company has a lack of careers plan for the employees. You can stay in the same position for years....I think they may have to develop more the H&R area. They are not open to new ideias, if its not in the rules, you can't even think about it.. The income/benefits are low ( compared to other companies), they don't offer health insurance.
