      Pros

      Theme days regarding makeup, no commission which made for a nicer more team focused environment. Flexible scheduling, coworkers were tons of fun, and the on the job training was great.

      Cons

      Management needs some work, desperately, none were ever on the same page, promised wages that never occurred, slightly cliquey which can be daunting.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
