Pros

Great environment for someone young in college, but not a good place to make a career. Lot's of free product to try, but that doesn't pay the bills.

Cons

They continually make false promises about all the things that they'll do for you, just so you don't quit. You get trained on products and artistry your first month or so, and after that you really don't learn much more unless it's through your own research. Most of the management have no clue about cosmetics either. Definitely turned out to be a huge let down from what I had anticipated it to be like working there.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
