Pros

Wow. Where to even start?! I absolutely love my career with Sephora! I've never worked for a company that invests so much into their employees. We're talking training/education, benefits, emergency funds for employees, sephora stands programs that help communities and female entrepreneurship, industry trail blazers, gratis, great teams and like minded passionate artists/experts....I could go on for ever!

Cons

Retail is not for everyone. I'll be honest there are a lot of people in the retail field that should NOT be working in the industry. It's not for the faint of heart haha! The client expectations are HIGH and you have to have that passion and drive to want to make someone's day. It can be damanding at times but the impact you make in the lives of others is priceless!

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
