Pros

Great education and hands-on training, super up-to-date on all new products, excellent focus on educating the clients to build loyalty

Cons

Conflicting messages from JCP and Sephora, management does not seem to care about issues at actual store level, company focus changes almost every quarter it seems

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
