Pros

The gratis is awesome and most of the coworkers are super friendly and fun to work with. It's fun to learn about new products too!

Cons

I was a seasonal temp position. But the training was super chaotic and management didn't seem to care about helping their employees get started with anything (I had to ask them multiple times to get me set up with direct deposit, necessary paper work I needed to fill out, etc...)

Thank you for this review! The free product IS awesome - I don't think I'll ever run out of moisturizer! That said, I do appreciate your feedback on paperwork -- and honestly, it was probably pretty confusing for store managers to navigate our complicated new hire paperwork process. A few months ago, we implemented a new system to alleviate that confusion so I hope it's gotten better since you've left Sephora! But that change wouldn't have ever happened if employees like you didn't provide their constructive feedback, so thank you for sharing! -Teresa

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
