Pros

The Company overall is the best you will ever work for. Benefits are Great, you pay some but they also pay a great percentage. Health, dental, vision, disability, pto and they match you up to a certain percentage on your 401k. Gratis is nice since you have to have a full face of makeup on daily. 20% off any non sephora item, and 40% off Sephora Merchandise. Training is outstanding and is done 1 on 1 with Brand Reps, and by watching videos everyday for 10 minutes.

Cons

Management, at my store if your upper management likes you- you will get better pay. They make sure you advance in your career. If your not in the liked group, it wears you down to where you just don't want to even be there. It is a tactic, like being in highschool. Very sad that this cannot be stopped. Top employees and performers leave because they are treated unfairly. Really this is the only complaint there is besides the pay. But again if they like you, they make sure your put in a position that is paid more. Zoning is also ridiculous to a point, you can't show a client where to go that is 10 feet infront of you because of your zone, clients think it's because we are rude or lazy. Zoning needs to be rethought. You won't make enough money to live off of here, unless your a lead or exempt manager. Good for college students or first jobs. Your just a number here they know someone will fill your spot and don't care about losing you at all.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
