      Pros

      Was a great team atmosphere and loved all my colleagues. Management was fair and made it a great place to work. I'd have liked to have more of a salary increase though.

      Cons

      Very sales driven. Hours aren't that consistent. I didn't mind working flexible hours but would have liked more notice at times. Hours often got cut at short notice.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
