No Work/Life balance Raises are only once a year unless you are promoted Headsets are not a means of communication Management thinking the Customer is always right or "our boss" Only one break out of the day Failure to get your gratis that you trained on or was promised to you Lack teamwork

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
