There is no work-life balance. The merchandising department where I worked for almost a decade was full of incompetent people. The supply chain area is a complete mess - to the systems, data collecting, to the strength of the work force. So much politics and favoritism at play here. There is a lot of whispering and unnecessary gossip. There is always too much work to do, so you'd better have experience because they can barely provide sufficient training for newcomers and expect them to hit the ground running on day 1.
