      Gratis Training Very in depth on boarding process Kinda leadership team (mostly) Uniform provided Can use all the products to get ready before work Provide tools such as brush belts Easy to switch shifts with other coworkers Easy to ask days off in advanced Simple scheduling system/app

      Management favoritism No commission Only 20% discount Quality of service and amount of knowledge is not worth minimum wage Having to know every brand and product

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
