Daily team goal, not individual. Opportunity for growth in a short time frame. Constant development and growth for artists. KNOWLEDGE! I have learned sooo much about ingredients, formulas, techniques etc. The gratis is absurd. It truly is. It is a lot. And I love Sephora for that. I can keep my kit stocked and always know the newest formulas out there!
Cons
Did you get the memo? Having about 7 different bosses makes it hard to stay on the same page. I'm getting 7 different versions of what the forte of the day is. There are politics at every job. These I can handle. It is a mild enough version to where I can leave work at work where it belongs.
