      Pros

      Discounts on the merchandise, people are open and nice around you, GRATIS and it’s a nice introduction into the world of beauty.

      Cons

      Retail hours absolutely suck. I can’t put more énfasis on this. You’re either there all night until the early morning, there at the crack of daw or just there all day. No In-between. However if this is your passion maybe you won’t be bothered.

      Pros

      I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
