Pros
Excellent managerial style, really thorough training, and they had a wonderful emphasis on customer service not being based on y'know, profit.
Cons
None really, there is a strict dress code, top to bottom, as well as makeup wise it was very specific, fortunately it worked for me, it wouldn't for everyone.
