Pros

Gratis Lots of knowledge given & gained Cast (most) and brand reps were good If you have a passion for makeup or skincare, it's a good place to go to Pay is decent District managers and Regional manager were good

Cons

Putting on an act any time regional manager showed up Highest managers in store level showed favoritism Store manager did not pull their weight in leading the store (E.G. delegation of menial tasks they can do themselves) No room for advancement Did not feel supported in my personal growth at all Clients can be extremely difficult depending on your area

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
