Pros
The products are top notch. The clients are fantastic to work with. Some days the job can be very fun and other days the job can be very overwhelming.
Cons
The Store Director very rarely comes out from the back. There is no understanding between the difference of managing and demanding. I understand this is a retail position but there is no work life balance and management will not work with you.
