Pros

They put alot of emphasis on training and development, always felt listened to, could go to my leader with difficult conversations and was never worried there would be repercussion (had several different leaders), sense of team work

Cons

Retail as a whole is suffering right now and cuts were being made by to help manage the bottom line which severely impacts the team working the front line, support from head office not consistent

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
