      Pros

      My two years at Sephora were among the greatest two years of my retail experience. I was lucky enough to essentially begin working there as the store reopened, so I wasn't thrust into what could have been a catty environment (which it could sometimes be).

      Cons

      Gratis was awesome but, with this, being favoured by leadership and the store director can come in handy as the favourites do get the best of everything and first dibs.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
