      Pros

      Working at Sephora you get a lot of free product. It's also a good place for personal growth and there is room to grow your career if you're open to coaching and feedback.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance for management. The pay scale isnt great for the amount of work that you do. There are way too many initiatives to go after and it becomes impossible to measure success.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
