Pros

I LOVED helping the customers look and feel their best! I loved coming into work and getting to do that. My coworkers were amazing and I felt valued as an employee by management

Cons

I didn't like that it felt as though we were forced to sell more to customers. If they didnt want something, I was told to still try to sell it to them. And working with JCP was awful because you had to try to get customers to sign up for the credit card and if you didnt get enough people signed up for one you could get fired for that. I just thought that it took away from what working at sephora was all about.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
