Pros
Name attracts excellent talent from all over the country and internationals. Very smart, collaborative, and cooperative women. Increasing focus on social impact, diversity & inclusion, work-life balance, and transparency from executive team. Values-based culture. Love discount on product as well as on-site gratis and brand events.
Cons
Lots of change (frequently and sometimes for reasons that don't seem justified) can result in lots of employee turn and change fatigue. Recent mis-handling of some reorganization caused a lot of spin. Departments very separate from eachother and there can sometimes be a lack of communication between departments on project, program, or strategy changes that cause difficulty.
