      Great co-workers, gratis, seeing new products before they're released

      Cons

      They expect you to assist a million people at once, without taking into account that most clients hate this about Sephora, bad pay, no benefits for part time (despite me working there for half a decade), anything and everything will get you called into the office for feedback

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

      Hours vary based on the time of the year.
