Pros

- GRATISSSS! So much of it. If you're a freelance artist, you'll save a lot on the free stuff you'll get - The team culture is surprisingly welcoming, nonjudgmental and supportive. Great people! - Training opportunities - Generous employee discount

Cons

- Huge double standards with the rules that management enforce on the team versus what they practice among each other - Style of management is very much micromanaging. Getting reprimanded like high school kids - Biases based on favoritism rather than on merit of performance - No and i mean NO penalty for weekend rates. Only receive penalty for public holidays if you get rostered on for a full shift

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
