Decent wages Good overall environment pretty good employee discount
Cons
Hours fluctuate too much. Its hard to be able to budget bills on a salary that can change $200-$400 a check. Hours depend too much on how much money the stores make. There is suppose to be a base amount of hours you get a week based on pt/ft but I have gotten as low as 4 hours a week before. Its a popularity contest based on how much of a BFF you can be with management instead of actually how good you are at your job.
