gratis, benefits, product training

Cons

low pay - very high expectations for minimum wage, heinous micro management, no work/life balance as schedule is done last minute and without consideration, rude employees, ridiculous policies, lack of care over employees mental health, cliques and favouritism with managers, had management rifle through my locker without my consent while I was on the sales floor (although they claim this is allowed) and tried to accuse me of theft of which they had no proof. ZERO out of ten, do not recommend.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Cons

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
