      Lots of FREE amazing product Meet people with similar interests Management will help you advance within the retail stores if you are willing to work hard and stand out Overall, this was a good place for a part-time job while I was in school but I would not want a long-term career.

      Minimal pay Typical retail environment with daily rude and entitled customers Management will not help you advance your career outside of Sephora

      Pros

      I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
