Pros

- Gratis - Discount - Master classes - Performance Appraisals - Core values being practiced daily - larger locations have fun brand events - brand events provide food & snacks & chances to win free product

Cons

- Larger locations have more cliques amongst cast members - Insignificant raises - Favouritism - Difficult to climb and receive promotions within your hiring store - Newer/part time cast tends to not work as hard in some areas, full timers usually pick up the slack - Full timers tend to not feel as appreciated as they should

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
