Pros

You will gain alot of knowledge in this company and get to learn alot. From not only a beauty advisor, provided you to work as a trainer to give product knowledge to the team members. Environment was great as well as team members. Great staff benefit given that you could never thought of. Quarterly free cosmetic / skincare and gratis given! Alot of brand training, not to worry of lack of product knowledge.

Cons

Transparency and communication could be improve Certain leaders are workaholic intend their staff to be work like them. Everyone need work life balance. Hardly to give feedback when you trying to tell the fact especially when got asked about not able hit your KPI. Somehow they hardly accept your feedback and they think other way round.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
