Pros

Very friendly coworkers. Everyone helps each other since if everyone does well, everyone gets bonuses. they teach you about a lot of things and encourage you to grow in the space they care about the workers and as long as you communicate properly, they are very lenient towards time off and such.

Cons

for my store, it was the store manager (who does not work there anymore currently). they were fairly uninvolved and sometimes incompetent at their job. A lot of people had complaints about them. also theres some sort of hierarchy order, and operations are near the bottom. entitled clients

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
