gratis used to be great

Cons

HR does not care if you have real complaints about store directors, gratis for leadership is insulting and a slap in the face for all the hours we work. underpaid, bonuses are now non-existent due to unrealistic goals and metrics, fire good people and keep lazy SD's, work life balance is terrible, diversity is a joke

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
