Pros

I worked with some great people who are passionate in helping others with makeup and beauty. There was also free gratis that was given to employees on a regular basis.

Cons

Management team have no clue what they're doing and how to manage people. Turnover rates became high because of their incompetence. I was threatened to attend work despite being sick (i.e. bronchitis) - still cleaning and touching make up and doing applications for customers.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
