Provided with the $$ and systems to be able to deliver on company and department initiatives. This is huge if you work in a non-revenue generating area of the business. Ability to build and grow a great team. Compensation/Benefits/perks are awesome for a retail company based in Bay Area. Inclusive culture and incredible work life balance. Smart and practical CFO. CEO truely does care about the employees

Cons

Internal politics run rampant in some departments...you can find yourself backing the wrong horse in the race until its too late. Sometimes there is more importance put on making political allies than producing actual work. No accountability

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
