Pros

I really enjoyed the co-workers I worked with, everyone really respected one another. The pay was ok, and I liked traveling.

Cons

Training given to leadership was lackluster, more thought was given to the training of part-time cast members. Sephora has a lot of advancements when it comes to analyzing the business, but that has only been a recent addition. Resources are limited when trying to partner with HR, and Store Support which was extremely frustrating.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
