Pros

learned a lot about the related fields, great training, advancement opportunity, decent pay for retail with regular opportunity for bonuses, lots of free products

Cons

unprofessional management and work environment, very unsteady work hours, at the end of the day- retail is still retail. we can't expect everyone to act professionally just because they are working for a good company like Sephora

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
