Pros

Of all the terrible retail jobs out there, this one is one of the better places to work. But expect to work extremely hard with little pay or reward. Also expect to work full-time hours as a part-timer, this way you get no benefits.

Cons

Pay is beyond terrible, gratis is great but gratis doesn't pay the bills. Raises even for excellent employees are terrible, with a few cents raise every year. It's a joke. The turnover is out of control because smart people leave.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
