Pros

This is one of the best company's I have ever worked for. I have worked in retail for over 15+ years and this by far takes the cake. I had the best experience with my entire team from the top, down to our quality and over night teams. This is a company that truly cares about it's employees and knows how to connect with the modern customer and their needs. I worked at Sephora 34th street on a management team of about 10, and a whole team of about 100+ associates and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I still keep in touch with many collegues and the people whom I had the pleasure of working with taught me so much. The company values are upheld, the pay is good, there benefits, 401k and PTO. I would work here again in a heart beat! I always felt safe, heard and like Iwas contributing to the success of our location, like I was valued.

Cons

Sephora is very picky with who they hire, my interview process was very lengthy which in hind sight I think is good. They dont typically like to hire you back after you've left regardless of the reason and my biggest regret is leaving such a great company.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
