Cons

I have no real cons. I may be biased but I can say I've worked in multiple locations and while there were minor opportunities in some areas, every experi nice has afforded me the opportunity to grow and fall more in love with this company.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
