Pros

My own team, manager is good...but as a company leadership seems to be weakening.

Cons

Sephora has had high turn over in the last couple months, they are sending out business reports that we are up 20% revenue from 2019 (they aren't counting 2020 since COVID) making millions and billions and there has been no incentive for employees that I've seen. My annual raise was extremely underwhelming (they say due to COVID business costs) but now the revenue is back, employees are struggling with WFH, career development, and satisfaction of job company is low. I really would love them to be more proactive about retaining and incentivizing employees that have been with them through the whole pandemic.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
