Pros
- Gratis. The gratis is ridiculously AWESOME. So much stuff. - Employee Discount - You get to see famous people a lot/ formerly famous. - Fun atmosphere. - You are encouraged to have fun doing your job and not worry about numbers TOO much
Cons
- When it gets crazy... it gets CRAZY in the store. You have to do clients complexion, or eyes, or ext, in an unreasonable about of time. - late shifts. - when a Sephora is understaffed they make you work some crazy hours (ex. you work 9 P.M-2 A.M and then have to wake up for work at 10 A.M) so work life balance can be come no work like balance -Clients can sometimes be VERY picky, and thats fine if they're willing to learn, some clients aren't like that and they don't care what you say, they want it their way. ex. Client has pink undertone, wants yellow. Looks wonderful, she doesn't think so, so you put yellow on her and it's too yellow. - There can be a lot of misunderstanding, and sometimes miscommunication
