Pros

Gratis is awesome, usually the team of employees are just as down to earth as you would imagine them to be. Brand reps that come into the store for training usually end up making the product experience a whole lot better.

Cons

Management sucks, Pay is worse

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
