      Pros

      Gratis, fun environment to work in. Great way to break into the makeup industry. The hours go by fast when the store is packed. The phone dosent ring too much. Beauty insider sign up is soooo easy.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great. Sharpen your negotiation skills. Sensors are needed to reduce theft. Pay employees more money so that they will be happy. Please!!!

      Pros

      I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
