Sephora is an ideal place to work. The people, culture and benefits are amazing. Great health benefits, 1/2 day summer Friday's, and lot's of celebration between departments. This is a company that you can invest in and they will develop you. Worth putting the hard work and time in; you will be rewarded.
Cons
It's important to know exactly what you expect to get out of your supervisor and your role. If you're not getting what you need - Ask for it! Sephora is a fast growing, global company that is not slowing down. If you don't stay with the current; you could sink.
