      Pros

      Interesting work, it never gets boring. Products are given to use to try. Flexible with work schedule. There is room for advancement, it's just hard to get. They retain and train employees well, so you are not likely to be discarded

      Cons

      Hideous uniform. Young sometimes inexperienced managers. Major favoritism. Demanding sales goals. Very hard to advance in the company. No rewards for hard work.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
