Pros

Fun to work with makeup and interact with customers. Decent discount because you are technically a JCP employee.

Cons

Zero work-life balance. Small staff so very competitive and immature. Limited hours, no room for growth. My location asked that we sign paperwork saying we would not commit fraud with the Beauty Insider program, then coworkers actively committed fraud so that their registration percentages would not be low.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.
