Pros
One of my favorite things about Sephora is the education. I thought I knew a lot about the products sold in there being a client of theirs for years, but I quickly realized that I didn't know so much when a client would ask me questions. The daily videos we watch are so helpful in that area and it has advanced my knowledge of our product lines, helping me efficiently answer questions or concerns. I really enjoy the on the hour updates and zoning, I like knowing where we are in our sales for the day and how much we need to do. Coming in as seasonal with my store being all women, I thought that there would be a lot of cattiness, or the notion that I'm on the bottom of the totem pole since I wasn't part of the core cast. Everyone at my store has been wonderful to me, treating me no different than any other cast member. I know that all stores are different, but no one really shows any personal differences with any of the cast members.
Cons
Only knowing your schedule a few days in advance. It makes trying to balance work and your life really difficult.
