Pros
Lots to learn. Meeting so many different people and gratis is so great.
Cons
They will literally pay someone else more than you for the same job. A friend of mine was getting paid 3 dollars more than me for the same basic role. They had less experience than me. Management can sometime be lazy. They try every now and then but they spend so much time chatting and gossiping. Actually no way to get time off other than accumulating sick time but they will give you crap for it. Ive had time off approved and then denied the week of.
