CEO- needs to have meeting with these Cliquey Micro-so called managers!. They treat and dehumanize New Cashiers, and New Color Consultants.. No Mentoring..the majority of the staff have No professional etiquette when it comes to ..welcoming new staff+ it's like WE are the enemy. If you are that person- who likes being treated like a insect and being surrounded by High School Mentality--this job is for you!. I would rather enlist in the Army Boot Camp for a month than put my SOUL to Sephora @ The Powell location in San Francisco. With that said, I do hope the CEO addresses that Big issue at that store..so sad these leaders are Out for themselves and had forgotten how to treat each employee AS ...You want to be treated!. Amen to that!. These makeup artists look pretty with makeup; however it's the Soul of those individuals that represent 100% Ugliness. Looks fade away ladies and gents...Superficial folks :(
