It isn't about clients much anymore, though they say it is. NUMBERS NUMBERS NUMBERS, OVER and over again in our headset. If it's not a BI, it's a tool, if it's not a tool, it's multi world, if it's not a multi world, it's a service. We as employees know to upsell when appropriate, it just makes it so corporate when we are pushed in so many ways to hit numbers, losing focus on clients. Spend too much time w a client, in my eyes, getting their trust, will bring them back, and has proven so. We are told a certain amount of time w each client..period. Understood, however, so many expectations on us, we just wanna do right by the client, and not worry about getting written up for our numbers.
