Hours, management, and the company as a whole. It is completely different than what sephora used to be. It has shifted from caring about your employees and clients to focus only on merit. It is extremely difficult to grow unless you are someone's favorite. You never know about growth opportunities. The flex position is a joke and a slap in the face to employees.
