That being said, Sequoia is way over the top. They bow down to the residents. Instead of supporting the staff, they pride themselves on a customer first environment. Turnover at the corporate level is just as high as the property level. They change their "motto" every 6 months. to show you how consistent they are. So many things mishandled and mismanaged on the property level in terms of procedure and budget. They also knew about mold/asbestos in a high moisture area and did band-aid jobs to fix the issues. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Pride/Ego from senior management ruined what has the potential to be a solid company.
